CURRENT STOCK CONFIGURATION
Advanced Automation Included in the Available Stock Line
This available Coiltech compact feed line combines advanced coil handling, automated straightening and feed-control functions in one integrated production system. The features listed below relate to this specific stock configuration and must not be presented as standard equipment on every Coiltech line.
World-class industrial components. One integrated feeding process.
Selected automation and control components from Siemens, Bosch Rexroth, HYDAC, SICK, Festo, Turck, Euchner, Wattdrive, Twiflex and SimpLinx.
01 — Coil Loading Car
The coil can be positioned on the loading car by crane or forklift. Vertical movement is hydraulically driven, while horizontal movement is motorised. Safety supports help stabilise the coil during loading.
USER BENEFIT — Faster, safer and more controlled loading of coils weighing up to 6 tonnes.
02 — Servo-Controlled Coil Centring
Servo-motorised lateral guides centre the coil on the decoiler mandrel. After the operator enters the strip width, the guides adjust symmetrically from the centre of the drum.
USER BENEFIT — Repeatable coil alignment and more stable strip tracking from the start of the process.
03 — Hydraulic Strip Introduction System
HYDRAULIC BENDING ARM AND SHOVELS
Hydraulically driven upper and lower introduction elements take over the leading edge of the strip and guide it towards the straightener-feeder. The lower element includes a telescopic extension that can be adjusted to the coil diameter.
USER BENEFIT — Faster and more controlled strip threading with less manual contact between the operator and the material.
Real machine visual pending approved asset
No dedicated MP4 has been supplied for this function.
04 — Hydraulic Crocodile Opening
The inlet section of the straightener-feeder opens hydraulically by approximately 20 degrees, providing direct access to the strip path and straightening rolls.
USER BENEFIT — Faster strip introduction, easier cleaning and improved maintenance access.
05 — Servo-Controlled Strip Guides
Guides at the inlet and outlet of the straightener-feeder adjust automatically to the entered strip width and position the strip around the machine centreline.
USER BENEFIT — Stable strip guidance with fewer manual corrections during setup.
06 — Servo-Controlled Straightening Roll Adjustment
The three upper straightening rolls can be positioned individually using servo-driven adjustment systems. Actual roll positions can be monitored through the control system.
USER BENEFIT — Repeatable straightening settings and faster preparation for recurring production orders.
07 — External Encoder Feed Control
SIEMENS SIMOTION D
An independent encoder compares actual strip movement with the movement measured by the feed rolls. The control system can detect and compensate for possible material slip during feeding.
USER BENEFIT — Additional verification of feed length and improved process repeatability.
08 — Automatic Feed Height Adjustment
The straightener-feeder height is adjusted by a motorised system. After entering the required passage height, the machine moves automatically to the selected position within an adjustment range of ±100 mm.
USER BENEFIT — Faster alignment with the press and easier adaptation to different tooling and installation conditions.
09 — A100 Die Recognition System
The system can associate the selected die or tooling configuration with the correct production recipe and line settings. This supports repeatable preparation of the line for returning production orders.
USER BENEFIT — Faster recipe selection and reduced risk of using incorrect machine settings.
Approved HMI or machine-control image required
The final function scope and integration with the press and tooling must be confirmed by Ventor.
10 — Sheet Positioning Inside the Die with Hand Wheel
During the initial single-stroke setup of a progressive tool, the operator can advance the strip manually and precisely between successive press strokes using the Euchner hand wheel.
USER BENEFIT — More controlled positioning during tool setup and a safer transition to serial production.
Real Euchner hand-wheel image pending approved asset
11 — SimpLinx Remote Diagnostics and Teleservice
The SimpLinx module provides secure remote access to the machine control system for diagnostics, technical support and analysis of operating problems.
USER BENEFIT — Faster remote diagnosis and direct technical support without waiting for the first on-site intervention.

The listed functions describe the current stock-machine configuration confirmed by Ventor. They must not be interpreted as standard equipment on every compact feed line. Final compatibility, control integration, safety scope and production performance require verification for the customer’s press, tooling and material.
Technology That Gives the Operator Control
The machine handles the heavy work. The operator controls the process.
Central controls, stored recipes, assisted threading and automated adjustment functions help create a clearer operating environment, reduce repeated manual work and simplify supervision of the complete feeding line.
fewer repeated manual settings
faster preparation for production
clearer process supervision
more repeatable operating conditions

FROM PROCESS ANALYSIS TO PRODUCTION
We Engineer Efficiency — Not a Catalogue
Ventor begins with the production process, not with a standard machine list. We analyse the material, coil, press, tooling, available floor space and expected production rate. We then configure the equipment, integrate the controls, commission the line, train the operators and provide technical support.
01 — Analyse
Material, coil, press, tooling, feed length, production rate and available space.
02 — Configure
A technical concept designed around the real process.
03 — Integrate
Mechanical, electrical and control integration with the press.
04 — Commission and Support
Installation, operator training, diagnostics and technical service.
The customer receives a complete process — not a collection of disconnected machines.
